The people you surround yourself are either encouraging and supporting your growth or they aren’t. This is why it is important to get in the proximity of those that believe in you and your vision for success. Keep a watchful eye of all people you let into each aspect of your life – career, faith, love, health, etc. There is nothing wrong in carefully selecting the people you spend your time with. Just because someone is a friend or even family member does not mean that you need to spend large amounts of time with them. You are the master of your time and time is your most limited resource. In order to reach your goals, you need to have laser focused determination and associations with other successful people. It’s true that birds of a feather flock together – who is your flock?
